Likened to an eagle’s nest, perched on a narrow rocky peak, Eze is a village dating back to medieval times, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.  Evidence of the village’s ancient past is still very much in existence, with the ruins of its 12th century castle, residing on a narrow rocking point. The castle grounds are home to the widely known Jardin Exotique.
